What we hold

Only what you type in: your name, your sign-in details, and the measurements, meals, symptoms, sessions and photos you choose to record. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script anywhere in this app.

Your photos

Progress photos are stored on our server in a folder named with a random key, and they are never served as public files. Every image request goes through a script that works out the folder from your signed-in session, so there is no address anyone else could visit or guess. We do not look at them, and they are never used for anything but showing them back to you.

Who can see it

You. Every page in the app filters on your account, and no screen anywhere shows one person another persons data. Our administrators can reach the database for backups and repairs, as with any hosted service.

We do not sell or share it

Your health data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never handed to anyone else except where the law forces us to.

WhatsApp and email

If you sign in by phone, your number is sent to WhatsApp (Meta) so they can deliver your code - that is the only thing it is used for, and it is the only thing that ever leaves our server. Nothing about your health is ever put in a message.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Sign-in codes are deleted within minutes and old sign-in tokens are cleared out nightly.

Deleting everything

You can delete your account yourself, from Settings, at any time and without asking anyone. It removes every row and every photo immediately - not a flag that hides them, an actual delete.
